Give your team the tools to succeed with a Why She Buys® Master Class workshop
The Why She Buys Workshop, based on Bridget Brennan's acclaimed book of the same name, teaches participants how to optimize the sales experience to better serve women as customers, clients and decision makers. Participants will leave the workshop with skills that help drive customer satisfaction, with the goal of increasing sales, referrals and repeat business. The workshop is available in either a half-day or full-day format.
Participants will learn how to:
- Identify the four most powerful purchasing motivators
- Align product + service benefits with women’s priorities
- Determine new business opportunities based on the demographic trends impacting women
Team members will leave the workshop with actionable skills that enable them to:
- Improve engagement with the world's most powerful consumers
- Increase their interpersonal communication skills
- Develop a framework and action plan to take their business to the next level
